I agree with the statement, it is better to practice a little than talk a lot. Cape Peninsula University of Technology students like complaining that the workload is too much. If you think deep, the workload will be too much because we wait until the last minute. If you finish your assignments on time you won’t complain. Students that like complaining are those that talks too much and they never submit any assignments. I think this should come to the end. There is a say that goes “practice makes prefect”. Which means the more you practice, the better result you will get? Is it not so?
It is important for us public relations students to practice on our writing skills before we go work next year. It is all about practicing to write proper articles. We must write so that we can improve on our writing skills. Talking too much won’t help us to pass Media Studies. In some cases keeping quite is the best way to talk.
You will bore the people around you especially when you talk about your goals that you want to achieve and not doing anything to show that you will achieve your goals. People will start calling you names such as: Mr/Miss no action. Talking too much is not good at all. Sometimes your body says much before you start talking. That is what I called the action speak louder than word.
It is important for us to start taking action and not to talk too much. At the end of the day it will be us (Students) that will be faced with the problem. Take action and become someone better in life.
