Feelings fellow behaviour

I’m sure that everyone will agree with the statement “feelings follow behaviour”. According to Wikipedia, it describes feelings as the ability to perceive physical sensation in a part of the body and behaviour as the way in which somebody behaves. In my own words I define behaviour as an action of how people behave. Feelings and behaviour work hand in hand with each.

The feelings that we get will reflect on our behaviours. It can either be in a good or bad way, depending on the situation that one is face with. Why is that so? Does this statement make sense to you? To me this statement is the other ways around because the behaviour follows feelings. Is that not so? Let us face reality now. Think of Cape Peninsula University of Technology students during examination time, they are stress and if you happen to meet a student that wrote a difficult paper on that day one can see it from his/her face. He or she is sad. Another example, when you are in love with someone, you will behave well to that person because you are happy.

If you never experience that in life that means you don’t know how your body works.
